An 8 ounce glass of water should be taken and the juice of one lemon should be squeezed in it. This mixture also has to be gargled two times every day similar to the saltwater solution. The bacteria will be eliminated by the antibacterial compounds that can be found in lemon and people will be able to have a lemony fresh scent in their mouth instead of bad breath.

Mint Leaves

Chewing on mint leaves is one of the easiest ways through which, people can freshen their breath on the go. Your breath will become fresh temporarily in a few minutes. However, people should keep in mind that they should brush their teeth as soon as they get a chance.

Zinc

If bad breath is a regular occurrence in people, they should eat foods that contain a high quantity of zinc. This will be able to eliminate the problem of bad breath because the anaerobic bacteria in the mouth are controlled in this manner. Sesame seeds, oysters and lean beef are some examples of the foods that are rich in zinc.

Food Intake

There are some food items that are regarded as bad breath offenders.
