San Antonio joins cities across the nation in celebrating National Senior Health & Fitness Day on May 26, 2010. More than 1,000 locations including healthcare providers, senior centers, retirement communities and other community locations will offer programs and activities to promote health and fitness for seniors and older Americans.

Health screenings

One Mile Walk for National Senior Health & Fitness Day
Wednesday, May 26 – 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
