Stop performing hundreds of crunches each day

When it comes to shredded abs, people still have this bizarre notion that the way to get a six pack is to perform hundreds, if not thousands, of crunches each day.

That right there however, is complete nonsense.

Yes, crunches are a viable exercise for working the abdominal muscles, but you certainly don’t need to be doing several hundred or more, each day.

Clean up your diet

Fat loss via cardio is only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to targeting the abs.

You can’t out-train a bad diet, so to get those shredded abs summer-ready, you need to clean up your diet to get rid of any fat that may be lingering.

Cut out junk food, stop drinking sugary drinks, and eat plenty of fresh, healthy, wholesome food.

Vegetables and fruits are important for nutrients, as are lean proteins like meat and fish.
