Remedies to Cure Lethargy

Lethargy can be a cause due to poor nutrition, stress, improper functioning of thyroid and adrenal glands and overexertion. Women might suffer from this condition particularly during menopause.  Certain diseases such as gastritis, measles, hepatitis, diabetes, indigestion, mononucleosis can also cause lethargy. Few symptoms of lethargy include loss of appetite, body aches, fatigue, lack of concentration, changes in bowel movements and sleeplessness. When the person is suffering from lethargy, he/she may not show interest in daily activities and don’t feel like concentrating on any work.

Siberian Ginseng:
