What is Yellow Fever? and what causes it?
Yellow Fever, a deadly tropical and viral disease occurs when a person is bitten by a mosquito. However, the symptoms show up after a week. Coconut water:
The major symptom of yellow fever is dehydration. The patient becomes weak due to vomiting and nausea. Coconut water is one of the effective remedy to cure such symptoms. To keep your body hydrated, you need to drink coconut water thrice a day. It also supplies the essential nutrients to your body which are necessary to keep your body hydrated and nourished.
Barley Water:
Barley is a cereal which has many essential nutrients that are essential for a healthy living. Barley is rich in Vitamin E, B1, B2, B9 and B5. To keep your body hydrated, you need to drink barley water thrice a day. You can prepare barley water at home by taking pearl barley and putting them in two liters of boiling water and later simmer it for an hour. Strain the solution. It also contains good amount of copper which can reduce body temperature of the patient suffering from yellow fever and even reduces inflammation. It also helps in maintaining fluid balance in body and restore electrolyte. This remedy is proven to be effective to cure the deadly symptoms of yellow fever.
Sugarcane Juice:
The patient suffering from yellow fever becomes weak due to vomiting and dehydration. Consuming sugarcane juice is one of the best ways to cure dehydration. Sugarcane juice has essential minerals and vitamins that can keep your body hydrated. Drink sugarcane juice twice a day to get rid of dehydration. Sugarcane juice also supplies glucose to your system, which is essential to supply energy to your body. Lemon & Salt:
Dehydration can make the patient feel sick and to get rid of this symptom, the person suffering from yellow fever should consume liquids to keep his/her body hydrated. Lemon and salt solution is one such fluid which can help keep your body hydrated. Add four to five spoons of lemon juice to a glass of water and let it dissolve. Now add a pinch of salt to this solution and mix it well. Consume this solution thrice a day to keep your body hydrated. This remedy is proven to be effective to flush unwanted toxins from the system of the patient as well and also reduces the symptoms of yellow fever.
Garlic cloves:
Garlic is well known for its anti oxidant, anti bacterial and anti viral properties. Dehydration can weaken the immune system of the patient suffering from yellow fever. Garlic can help strengthen the immune system of the patient. Crush around six-eight garlic cloves and add honey to this extract. Consume it in the morning daily.
